Scobey 4 Hire was founded in 2021 by Tyler Scobey, a Hudson, Wisconsin native who grew up in the same communities we now serve. Tyler started the company at 25 with a straightforward goal: do honest work, show up when you say you will, and treat every property like it's your own. That approach hasn't changed.

Tyler built this business from the ground up, and most of our growth has come through word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied customers. We consider that the highest compliment a contractor can receive. When a neighbor recommends us to a neighbor, we know we're doing something right.

We handle a wide range of outdoor and site work for both residential and commercial properties. Our services include landscaping, excavation, tree removal, erosion control, demolition, debris removal, driveway grading, boulder walls, retaining walls, and concrete work. Whether you need a small grading project or a full hardscape installation, we bring the same level of care to every job.

We serve a broad stretch of western Wisconsin and the eastern Twin Cities metro. Our service area covers Hudson, River Falls, Prescott, New Richmond, Somerset, Woodville, Star Prairie, Amery, Luck, Frederic, Balsam Lake, and beyond, along with communities across the river in Minnesota including Lakeland, Hastings, Bayport, Afton, Scandia, Cottage Grove, Woodbury, Lake Elmo, and North St. Paul.

Being locally owned means we have real skin in the game. Tyler lives and works in this region. He sees the properties we've improved every time he drives through town. That personal connection shapes how we approach every project, from the first site visit to the final cleanup.
